<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled egg shell-cracking apparatus which can easily peel the shells of boiled eggs, hardly causes the thrust of egg shell pieces into albumen, and can simply be washed with water. <P>SOLUTION: This boiled egg shell-cracking apparatus is characterized by disposing egg transfer conveyers 4 having egg transfer pieces 3 in U-shaped cross section gutter-like chutes 2, respectively, and disposing the chutes 2 on a vibration table 5 capable of vibrating the chutes at an angle of about 45 degree to the width direction of the chutes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
