<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix carbon dioxide in air using crushed stone recycled from waste concrete or a residual generated when producing recycled aggregate. <P>SOLUTION: Recycled crushed stone obtained by crushing waste concrete or a residual by-produced when producing recycled aggregate is piled up as a material 2 for fixing carbon dioxide indoors such as a material accumulation yard 1. Shower spraying is performed on the surface of the material 2 as an accumulated state and stir is carried out while transferring.
