<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining device capable of replacing a palette in a short period of time and efficiently machining workpieces continuously. <P>SOLUTION: The machining device is equipped with a table 16 movable in the forward/rearward direction, and two palettes 22A, 22B individually movable among the table 16 and workpiece setup stands 21A, 21B in front of the table 16 for mounting the workpieces W. Each of the palettes 22A, 22B is connected to the table 16 by a connecting mechanism 31. The table 16 is moved within a machining moving range including a palette replacing position P1 at a proceeding end. Each of the palettes 22A, 22B is moved between the palette replacing position P1 and a workpiece attaching/detaching position P2 by rodless cylinders 37A, 37B with the connecting mechanism 31 in a released state. A rail 23 projecting rearward is provided on a lower face of each of the palettes 22A, 22B. A plurality of guide rollers 24, 26 are provided on a bed and the workpiece setup stands 21A, 21B for guiding the rail 23.
