PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a mobile terminal system which prevents leakage of information unique to user to a third party, and to provide a control system of the mobile terminal system and a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: In a primary distribution of the information unique to the user from one mobile terminal to the other mobile terminal, when SIM information is added to the information unique to the user of the one mobile terminal, a secondary distribution of the information unique to the user from the other mobile terminal to other mobile terminal is prohibited. Thereby, the user of the other mobile terminal cannot distribute the information unique to the user to a third party's mobile terminal having no SIM information of the user of the one mobile terminal, thereby preventing distribution of the information unique to the user between the one mobile terminal and the other mobile terminal to a third party.
