PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor apparatus in which circuit scale is small, and power consumption is small. SOLUTION: This semiconductor apparatus includes an amplification part for amplifying a signal output from a sensor whose internal resistance changes according to temperature change by an amplification rate; a reference voltage generation part having a current mirror circuit for generating reference currents according to the internal currents of the sensor, and generating a reference voltage corresponding to the reference currents; and a comparison part for comparing the output voltage from the amplification part with the reference voltage, and outputting a signal in a prescribed level according to the magnitude relation of those voltages.
