PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor for efficiently grouping many data by deciding whether or not it is necessary to further re-group individual groups, and clarifying the group whose re-grouping is decided to be necessary. SOLUTION: This data processor is provided with: a storage means for storing a plurality of pieces of data with time information when respective pieces of data have been generated; a control means for acquiring division interval information for dividing the plurality of pieces of data into groups on the basis of the time information; a group division means for dividing the plurality of pieces of data into groups, and for generating grouping information on the basis of the division interval information; and a group analyzing means for generating group analysis information about the group the further division of which has been decided to be necessary or unnecessary from the distribution circumstances of data included in the group about each of the groups divided by the group division processing means.
