PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for improving soil on piles over wide width in a wide scope. SOLUTION: This system for improving soil on a row of piles 100 is provided with a working machine 20 arranged in a rear part in the direction of advance to improve the soil on the row of piles 100, a pile jacking machine 40 arranged in a front part, and a crane 60 arranged between the working machine and the pile jacking machine. The working machine is provided with a base part 21 standing on the row of piles by itself by clamping an upper part of the row of piles and being movable along the row of piles by switching a clamping position, a revolving base 24 provided in the base part to revolve in the horizontal direction, a leader 25 supported vertically on the revolving base, an elevating body 26 elevating and lowering along the leader, and a rotating device provided on the elevating body. This working machine fulfills the function for improving soil by utilizing elevating operation of the elevating body and rotating operation of the rotating device and the function for pulling out the pile 101 at a rear end of the row of piles by utilizing the elevating operation of the elevating body. The pile jacking machine stands on the row of piles by itself and can move to fulfill the function for jacking the pile pulled out by the working machine into a part in front of the row of piles.
