PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pavement body containing cut herbs with harbaceous plants mixed therein and having sufficient strength. SOLUTION: The cut herbs obtained by cutting herbs 1 in predetermined length and drying them are mixed in a resin pavement body formed of a pavement composition containing a resin component for pavement and aggregate mixed together with the resin component. The cut herbs 1 are formed in three groups which are a short cut group of <1 cm, a medium cut group of≥1 cm and <2 cm and a long cut group of≥2 cm and≤3 cm, and 20-40 wt.% of the short cut group, 20-40 wt.% of the medium cut group and 20-40 wt.% of the long cut group are mixed when the total weight of the three groups is 100%.
