<p>A field emission display is provided to absorb the inorganic material gas and the organic gas remaining in the vacuum chamber by improving the adsorption performance. The vacuum chamber includes the first substrate(10), the second substrate(12) and the sealing member(14). The electron emission unit(100) including the electron emitting array is formed on the surface of the first substrate. The light emitting unit(110) including the fluorescent layer and the anode electrode is formed on the surface of the second substrate. The lead line(341) of the anode electrode is connected to the external driving circuit. The anode electrode is applied with the high voltage necessary for the electron beam acceleration through the lead line. The field emission display unites comprises the first substrate of the electronics emission unit and the second substrate of the light emitting unit. The getter part(16) removes the toxic gas remaining in the vacuum chamber.</p> |
