A messenger communications method using smartcard is provided to improve security of messenger by performing the messenger by a communications key of a communications partner stored in a smartcard. A smartcard is issued. A communications key of user is generated in the smartcard. An asymmetry key includes a public key and a secret key, and is generated in the smartcard(4S). The public key of the user is provided to a communications partner. The partner uses the public key. A communications key of the partner is encoded. An encoded communications key is transmitted to the user, and is decoded by the secret key. The communications key of the partner is stored in the smartcard(6S). The partner decodes data by the own communications key. The user decodes data by the own communications key.
