<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical equipment unit capable of reducing the accuracy of a die. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate 1 has surfaces 1a, 1b opposing each other in a direction D. The surface 1a is provided with electronic components 2. The surface 1b is provided with an electronic component 3 having a height lower than a maximum value of the height of the electronic components 2 in the direction D. An insulating resin 5 comprises a covering portion 5b for tightly covering the electronic component 3 and the surface 1b, and a side portion 5a extending from the periphery of the substrate 1 to the electronic components 2 side along the direction D.
