DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ESTIMATING BREAKDOWN VOLTAGE OF LOW-VOLTAGE MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the breakdown voltage BDV of a low-voltage motor with high accuracy.

SOLUTION: A device E1 estimating the breakdown voltages BDV of the low-voltage motor to be evaluated has a measured-value input section (a communication section) 10 used for inputting a plurality of physical quantities measured regarding a plurality of actually operated low-voltage motors and a measured-value analyzing section (a control arithmetic section) 30 conducting a multiple linear regression analysis for the breakdown voltages BDV regarding various combinations of a plurality of physical quantities. The device E1 further has the combination extracting section (the control arithmetic section) 30 extracting a combination of physical quantities in which the degree of freedom and multiple correlation coefficient are not less than predetermined values from the analytic result of the measured-value analyzing section (the control arithmetic section) 30. The device E1 further has the breakdown-voltage estimating section (the control arithmetic section) 30 estimating the breakdown voltage BDV of the low-voltage motors to be evaluated on the basis of multiple regression formula output from the measured-value analyzing section (the control arithmetic section) 30 regarding the combination of physical quantities extracted by the combination extracting section (the control arithmetic section) 30.
