PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a player from investing an excess quantity of money in games by limiting the number of times of games per unit time, and to enable prediction of contents of prize winning of the previous game by waiting time felt by the player. SOLUTION: In a slot machine, internal lottery is performed for each game from a specified lottery probability, and a plurality of rotating reels are stop-controlled from the contents of prize winning which is selected by lottery from a plurality of subjects for lottery. A rotation prohibiting timer is set for each game at the start of the game so as to prohibit the start of reel rotation before predetermined time elapses in the next game. A plurality of rotation prohibiting timers having different time values are provided according to the subjects for lottery. The rotation prohibiting timer corresponding to the contents of prize winning is set when the reels start to rotate in a game for which the internal lottery has performed.
