A water-based adhesive is provided to ensure good adhesive property and hot water resistance and to be used for adhesives of an optical member, paint, coating material, construction adhesive and materials for the forming wallpaper. A water-based adhesive comprises a polyamine epihalohydrin resin solution and polyamide polyamine epihalohydrin resin solution as an active ingredient. A polarizer comprises protective films(1,4), a layer(2) consisting of water-base adhesives, and a polarized light device(3). A method for manufacturing the water-base adhesives comprises a step for mixing the polyamine epihalohydrin resin solution and polyamide polyamine epihalohydrin resin solution and a step for controlling the mixture to pH 8~11. |
