PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wrapping paper for maintaining freshness of food. SOLUTION: The wrapping paper for maintaining freshness of food is obtained by impregnating, coating, or printing paper or a nonwoven fabric with an aqueous solution or an alcoholic solution having an alcoholic content of 20 to 60%.
