PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor protector for an automobile capable of excellently following even a corner part of the small arc radius and having excellent appearance. SOLUTION: The sensor protector includes a forming part E composed of a hollow portion 20 attached to an automobile body 40 for accommodating a touch sensor 2, and an attaching base part 10 integrated with the hollow part 20. At a part attached to a corner part C, block-like covering parts 15 are mold-formed continuous to a cut end face S of the attaching base part 10 in a recess T formed by cutting the attaching base part 10. A plate-like coupling part 16 with opposing meeting edges 16a matched therewith when being folded following the corner part C is provided on two block-like covering parts 15 formed opposite to a visible surface side wall 12 of the attaching base part 10.
