PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concealed postcard with adjusting paper, in which a part of correspondence containing personal information or the like to be preferably kept secret can be concealed after being printed by a printer and in which printing on a plurality of postcards is made possible by printing on a single regular size paper sheet. SOLUTION: The concealed postcard with adjusting paper includes: base material paper which has a postcard region containing an address column and a correspondence column to form a postcard, and a concealment region concealing the correspondence column by being folded over; a false adhesive layer formed on the surface of the concealment region in the base material paper; tuck paper which is structured by sticking glassine paper and protective paper together through an adhesive layer and which has a structure of sticking the surface on the side of the glassine paper to the surface of the concealment region in the base material paper across the false adhesive layer; adjusting paper which is stuck across the adhesive layer to the surface of the postcard region in the base material paper, for the purpose of making the height flush with the surface of the tuck paper, to form the postcard region together with the base material paper; and a perforation which is formed in a border between the postcard region and the concealment region and which becomes a fold when folded over.
