PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of removing high temperature dust, which is simple in structure and relatively easy in maintenance. SOLUTION: The device of removing high temperature dust is provided with a sealed box-like removing body 3 having a supply port 1 of waste gas at the upper part of a side wall and a discharge port 2 of waste gas at the ceiling wall respectively; a partition member 4 that partitions an upper space from a given position inside the removing body into a space positioning the supply port and a space positioning the discharge port and that has a vertical face at a portion facing the supply port; a collection member 5 roughly horizontally extended from a right below position of the supply port to a position appropriately passing over the partition member, disposed at a position lower than the lower end of the partition member in the removing body 3 by a given length, and collecting high temperature dust impinging on the partition member and falling; water 6 charged in the removing body with an upper level set lower than the upper face of the collection member; and a water movement suppressing member 7 suppressing waving of water or rising by becoming droplets by being set lower than the upper level of the water and horizontally and extendedly set inside the removing body.
