A slide hinge apparatus according to one aspect of the present comprises: a body including a first guide hole formed along one direction and an entrance of the guide hole formed at one side thereof; a push rod having a pressing bar whose one end is inserted into the first guide hole and moves along the first guide hole; and an elastic body whose one end is inserted into the first guide hole and connected to the pressing bar and the other end is fixed to the entrance of the first guide hole, thereby providing elastic force to the pressing bar.
