A dual fluid cartridge (20, 150) for storing and dispensing fluids. With the disclosed dual fluid cartridge (20), a hand-held applicator (42) may be used to dispense and mix two component end products (e.g., an adhesive) in unequal ratios. The dual fluid cartridge (150) is configured as a syringe. Such an ability to dispense a two component end product is especially useful in the dental field.
