An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) driving chip and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce generation of failure by designing main poly patterns in an isolated type and SAB(Salicide Blocking) patterns in a connected type, thereby not causing generation of resistance difference due to an SAP process. An LCD driving chip comprises a plurality of main poly patterns, connection poly patterns and SAB patterns. The plurality of main poly patterns(110,112) are formed to be isolated from each other. The connection poly patterns(111) connect the main poly patterns with each other. SAB patterns(120) are formed on the main poly patterns and connected with each other. The main poly patterns and the connection poly patterns are respectively formed of polysilicon.
