<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information medium and a method for manufacturing the optical information medium with high productivity which has an optical transmission layer with highly uniform film thickness and less defects. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information medium comprises a first substrate and second substrate on which a predetermined information layer and/or a predetermined reflective film are formed, and an adhesive layer for bonding the first substrate and second substrate.
