摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a dry cleaning method is used since there are various problems in a conventional wet cleaning method in order to remove toner which is fine particle powder stuck to a unit and components when recycling business equipment, but the contact force of a contact member and a cleaning object member is insufficient in the example of agitation using an elastically deformable contact member, a blast method using particulate solid damages a workpiece, and an air current is still weak though the method of using an air nozzle for accelerating a cleaning medium is effective. <P>SOLUTION: An air current F2 generated by a cleaning medium acceleration nozzle 2 is in almost the same direction as an air current F3 generated by an auxiliary acceleration nozzle 2 near the auxiliary acceleration nozzle 3 in the middle of circulating inside a cleaning tub 1 and the air current F3 is in almost the same direction as the air current F3 when reaching the vicinity of the cleaning medium acceleration nozzle 2.
