PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic layout and wiring device for suppressing variation of delay time in a plurality of specific wiring routes by automatic control. SOLUTION: The automatic layout and wiring device designates a plurality of nodes N1-N3 to equalize the wiring length, and designates a target value of wiring length (target wiring length). The wiring length of each designated node N1-N3 is adjusted by appropriately bypassing the wiring thereof, to obtain the target wiring length. The automatic layout and wiring device can move the positions of cells C1a, C1b, C2a, C2b, C3a and C3b to which the nodes N1-N3 are connected to adjust the wiring length. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
