<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color correction filter that, while suppressing degradation of luminance of an image display apparatus, removes intermediate color light to thereby improve color tone expression of the image display apparatus, and that excels in durability. <P>SOLUTION: This color correction filter 10 has a color correction layer 11 and two protective layers 12, and is characterized in that the color correction layer 11 contains a J-aggregate of dye, the dye being at least one dye selected from a group consisting of cyanine, merocyanine, squarylium and porphyrin; a half-value width of the maximum absorption peak of the color correction layer is 5-30 nm; and the two protective layers 12 are formed on both surfaces of the color correction layer 11, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
