A reinforcement structure of side rail for the vehicle carriage room is provided that the vertical load can be supported as the Ý‹-shaped reinforcing member is plug-welded to the top and bottom of the side rail. A reinforcement structure of side rail for the vehicle carriage room comprises a Ý‹-shaped reinforcing member(15) which is plug-welded(16) to the inner side upper and lower part of the side rail(11) of the vehicle carriage room. The carriage room of vehicle includes a pair of side rail which are separated from each other, a plurality of cross members connected between the side rail. A sub-frame(13) is formed in the inner side of the side rail. The bracket is formed vertically between the cross members.
