<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar system which can detect a close-range target at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: The radar system (1) includes: a plurality of antennas (A1 to A4); an antenna switching section (30) for switching among the plurality of antennas; a transmitting section (31) for transmitting a radio wave from the antenna switched to by the antenna switching section; a receiving section (33) for receiving the reflected wave of the radio wave transmitted by the antenna switched to by the antenna switching section and outputting a reception signal; a first signal processing section (35) for performing angle measurement by the monopulse method on the basis of the reception signal; and a second signal processing section (36) for performing digital multibeam formation on the basis of the reception signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
