<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of enhancing cooling effect of a temperature of a tire side part while suppressing generation of bare at manufacturing and suppressing destroying of a turbulent flow generation protrusion. <P>SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire 1, a plurality of turbulence flow generation protrusions 13 extending along a tire radial direction and formed along a tire circumferential direction with a gap are provided on a surface 7a of the tire side part 7. A swelling part 15 swelled from the surface 7a of the tire side part 7 is provided on the tire side part 7, and at least one of an inner end part 13A or an outer end part 13B in the turbulence flow generation protrusion 13 is smoothly continued to the surface of the swelling part 15 (rim guard 15A or protector 15B).
