<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care composition for external use excellent in antioxidative effect, cell-activating action, collagen gel contractile action, moisturizing action, platelet aggregation-inhibiting action, hyaluronic acid production-stimulating action, collagenase activity-inhibiting action and/or skin elasticity-improving action. <P>SOLUTION: The skin care composition for external use has a skin condition improving effect and contains one or more seawater-derived yeast cultures obtained by a method comprising the steps of: (a) filtering seawater with a filter; (b) culturing matter that did not pass through the filter in a high-sugar-content isolation medium under an anaerobic condition to isolate seawater-derived yeast and; (c) culturing the isolated seawater-derived yeast in a culture medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
