PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately identify a mounting wheel position of each tire to be a radio wave transmission origin by a simple and compact constitution and without requiring special labor, time and work in operation. SOLUTION: This TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) has sensor modules 14A, 14B, 14C and 14D on the transmission side equipped by each tire 12FL, 12FR, 12RL and 12RR installed on an automobile 10, and a main device 16 on the reception side loaded in the automobile 10. The main device 16 is constituted of a pair of reception antennas 18 and 20, a receiver 22 and a display device 24.
