A kitchen burner having a gas volume control function is provided to improve the combustion efficiency of mixed gas by regulating the opening degree of the gas valve according to the result sensed by the temperature and RPM sensors. A kitchen burner having a gas volume control function comprises a gas supply part(25) which is connected to an extension part(23a) and the opening degree is controlled by a gas valve(25a), an RPM sensor(114) sensing the rpm of a blower motor installed in a blower duct(23), and a controller outputting control signal in order to vary the opening degree of the gas valve according to the sensing signal of the RPM sensor so that the amount of supplied air is regulated.
