<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell containing a porous light scattering film having both a light scattering capacity and a photoelectron generating capacity through light absorption. <P>SOLUTION: This is the photoelectrode for dye-sensitized solar cell which comprises a porous light absorption film containing metal oxide nano-particles formed on a conductive substrate, a porous light scattering film containing metal oxide nano-particles of hollow spherical shape formed on it, and a photosensitive dye adsorbed on the surface of the porous light absorption film containing metal oxide nano-particles and the porous light scattering film, and its manufacturing method is provided. The photoelectrode for dye-sensitized solar cell uses a light scattering layer having a hollow spherical shape structure and has a function that can generate photocurrent together with a light scattering effect as different from an existing light scattering particle having only the light scattering effect, thereby, the dye-sensitized solar cell manufactured by using the hollow spheres as the light scattering layer shows a high transfer efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
