<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device that configures a getter region so that no deterioration takes place in an amorphous sensor mounted in the device. <P>SOLUTION: A bottom plate 1 configures a getter chamber 20 where a getter 2 is provided together with a cathode substrate 4, and an anode substrate 8 configures an imaging chamber 30 together with the cathode substrate 4. The imaging chamber 30 has an electron emission source 5 formed on the top face of the cathode substrate 4, and a photoelectric conversion film 7 formed on the bottom face of the anode substrate 8. The photoelectric conversion film 7 is an amorphous sensor, and a reflecting plate 3 for reflecting infrared ray is provided between the amorphous sensor and the getter 2.
