MANUFACTURE OF AMORPHOUS METALLIC CONTINUOUS BODY, COATING METHOD OF CONTINUOUS BODY WITH AMORPHOUS METAL, AND ITS MANUFACTURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for manufacturing, by a roll, an amorphous continuous body of 150μm in minimum diameter and approximately 5 mm in maximum diameter which is different from a conventional amorphous thread. SOLUTION: In an amorphous continuous body manufacturing method where the molten metal 4 is poured from a nozzle 5 into a recessed groove 3 at a part opposite to a pair of rotating rolls 1, 2 on at least one of the outer circumferences of which the recessed groove 3, to form an amorphous metallic continuous body 6, the molten metal 4 flowing out of am outer 7 of the nozzle 5 is solidified after it passes through the recessed groove 3 at a part 23 of the rotating rolls 1, 2 to form the amorphous continuous body 6.
