PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide developer conveyance structure with which conveyance processing of surplus liquid developer can be smoothly performed, and an image forming apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: The developer conveyance structure comprises: a developer reservoir base substance 210 in which liquid developer obtained by dispersing toner particles in a carrier liquid is reserved; a developer conveying base substance 230 which is provided at one end in a longitudinal direction of the developer reservoir base substance 210 and sucks the liquid developer reserved in the developer reservoir base substance 210; and a developer conveying screw 220 which is rotatably supported while coming into contact with the developer reservoir base substance 210 and where spiral blades at prescribed pitches are formed. Then, a circular arc angle of the recessed part 211 of the developer reservoir base substance 210 which covers over the developer conveying screw 220 in the developer reservoir base substance 210 is set to 180°or more.
