PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDR-OCT system, having high resolving power equivalent to the case where a rectangular window is used and provided with a wide dynamic range comparable to the case when a Hanning window is used. SOLUTION: In the operational control unit of the OFDR-OCT system, Fourier transformation is performed using a both-end cosine window, having whole half-width equivalent to the rectangular window and gently becoming zero at both ends by a cosine function, in the way similar to that of the Hanning window and leads out reflectivity profile. This both-end cosine window gradually becomes zero at both ends by the cosine function, whereas it becomes 1, similar to that as the rectangular window in a region other than both ends.
