PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time and a cost for maintenance in a warm water generating device, and to miniaturize the device. SOLUTION: The warm water generating device 1 comprises a mixing part 3 for mixing cold water and hot water to produce warm water, and a heat exchange part 2 for heating the cold water to the hot water while having steam as a heat source. The heat exchange part 2 is provided with a heating tube 5 through which the cold water flows, and a vessel 6 where the steam is introduced and the heating tube 5 is stored. The vessel 6 is detachably attached to a chamber body 20 of the mixing part 3 with a bolt 27. Further, in the heating tube 5, a cold water introduction part 7 is detachably attached to a delivery pipe 33 attached to the chamber body 20 through a pipe joint, and a hot water delivery part 8 is detachably attached to an introduction pipe 36 through the pipe joint.
