PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear pump implementing operation with a plurality of gear pair simultaneously and mutually meshed without backlash, by eliminating the need of improvement in precision in machining of parts, in a gear pump with multistage structure. SOLUTION: A gear pair 13 constituted of a drive gear 11 and a driven gear 12 is housed in a first gear chamber 5a, and a gear pair 16 constituted of a drive gear 14 and a driven gear 15 is housed in a second gear chamber 5b. A drive gear rotational shaft 17 is connected to the drive gears 11, 14, and a driven gear rotational shaft 18 is connected to the driven gears 12, 15, by spline fitting. The driven gear rotational shaft 17 and the driven gear rotational shaft 18 are rotatably supported to be radially movable by a drive side slide bearing 19 and a driven side slide bearing 21. Each of a spline-fitted portions among the driven gears 11, 14 and the drive gear rotational shaft 17, and spline-fitted portions among the drive gears 12, 15 and the driven gear rotational shaft 18 has a clearance in a radial direction to respectively reduce the backlash of the gear pairs.
