PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink that can reduce the man-hour required for assembly and a rise in cost while achieving the weight saving. SOLUTION: A heat sink 1 is attached to an indicator 4 which serves as an electronic apparatus for a vehicular display unit to radiate the heat generated by the indicator 4. The heat sink 1 is provided with many metal plates 10 and spacing plates 11. The metal plates 10 are provided with mounting parts 12 that are overlapped with each other to be attached to the indicator 4, and heat radiator parts 13 that continue into the mounting parts 12 and leave spacing between the mounting parts 12 when the mounting parts 12 are overlapped with each other.
