PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of combining a case body housing a follower member with another parts easily. SOLUTION: In a Pachinko game machine 10, when a case body 42C housing a follower member 46 is combined with a base member 65 in which a ball supply cam 78 is rotatably attached, a com slide projection part 46B can be moved to the outside of a cam rotation region R2 of the ball supply cam 78 by manipulating one part of the follower member 46 through an operation window 43W of the case body 42C. Then the case body 42C can be combined by being attached to the base member 65 while keeping this condition without allowing the cam slide projection part 46B to interfere with the ball supply cam 78.
