An air circulation type electronic pan is provided to minimize surrounding pollution of the pan by preventing odor, smoke and oil generated by using the pan from diffusing toward circumference. An air circulation type electronic pan comprises an upper case(12) and lower case(11) a guide plate(17) including an opening(17c) in a center of floor, and a plurality of bleeder(17a, 17b) in a wall extended from a circumference of floor, an oil collecting pan(13), located in the bottom surface of the guide plate in order to surround the opening, collecting oil falling down from the opening, a heater(23), arranged within the guide plate, heating up a roasting plate(25) and a fan(14), installed in the lower case inner side, circulating the air toward upside of the roasting plate. |
