PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color generation support device and program for easily generating colors without using numerical expressions. SOLUTION: The color generation support device sets predetermined tile elements generated in arbitrary positions as tile elements of interest in a color mixture work area defined on a color generation screen serving as a computer color pallet; determines whether the tile element of interest has a first or second attribute; detects whether two or more other tile elements are arranged around the tile elements of interest having the second attribute; determines whether each of the other tile elements has the first or second attribute; calculates a color mixture value on the basis of a color value and an arrangement relation of the two or more other tile elements being set with the first attributes; and decides the color value of the tile elements of interest having the second attribute by use of the calculated color mixture value.
