A door trimmer comprises a guide mounted saw that allows doors to be trimmed whilst in situ. It may comprise a circular saw having a motor 4 attached to rails via linear bearings 3, and a blade 6. The bearings may be attached to a channel 2 which is placed on the face of the door 1 to be trimmed. Preferably, the door is opened to approximately 450{ to allow a plate 8 to be passed through the gap between the door and the frame. |
