A method for controlling abnormal signal of a throttle position sensor is provided to determine abnormal signal of the throttle position sensor and maintain a proper air-fuel ratio, thus ensuring the normal combustion of engine. A method for controlling abnormal signal of a throttle position sensor comprises a step of determining whether the throttle position sensor generates abnormal signal when a fault code of the throttle position sensor is not generated(S301,S305); and a step of determining an injection time through the throttle position sensor based on the fuel supply amount except for fuel compensation amount when the throttle position sensor generates the abnormal signal while determining an injection time through the throttle position sensor based on the fuel supply amount including fuel compensation amount when the throttle position sensor does not generate the abnormal signal(S307,S309). It is determined that the throttle position sensor generates abnormal signal when the signal change rate in the acceleration is greater than the maximum signal slope(DeltaP[+]) of the throttle position sensor in the acceleration. |
