A method of synthesizing carbon nanotube is provided to increase efficiency of a light provided to imaging device, to provide the light uniformly to the imaging device and to prepare enough space forming a wiring on a second substrate. A method of synthesizing carbon nanotube comprises steps of: forming a catalyst solution of which a molar ratio of magnesium oxide, iron and molybdenum is 1:0.05~0.15:0.005~0.015; processing the catalyst solution with ultrasonic wave; firing the catalyst solution for 10 minutes to 40 minutes at 450°C to 550°C and forming a catalytic substance; polishing the catalytic substance and forming catalyst powder; and supplying a carbon source gas to the catalyst powder and synthesizing the carbon nanotube. |
