FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: press comprises immovable lower plate with flat working surface and movable upper plate. Upper plate has working surface that is convex in cross section. Centre of this surface curvature is located on axis that passes through hinge of drive lever link and hinge that connects lower part of movable plate with slider. Lever link is installed on bed plate with the possibility of rotation. Slider has immovable vertical guide, axis of which passes through axis of drive lever link rotation. Specified link is made with extension, which is installed on the side opposite to axis of its rotation. Slider hingedly fixed to master crank is installed in this extension with the possibility of longitudinal displacement. Axis of crank rotation is installed on crank axis, which is hingedly fixed to upper movable plate. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of press due to reduction of idle run. ^ 1 dwg |
