FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Tendon of muscle leading first toe and sole aponeurosis are dissected. Tendon of posterior tibial muscle and general flexor muscle of toes is elongated. Tendon of anterior tibial muscle is transplanted on second cuneiform bone. Tenoligamentocapsulotomy of ankle, subtalar, talonavicular, navicular-cuniate, cuneo-metatarsal joints is performed. Separation of distal part of fibular bone to medial third is performed. Chute-shaped bed in region of distal part of tibial bone on anterior-external surface is formed. Distal end of fibular bone is inserted into formed bed in distal part of tibial bone. Obtained position of ankle joint fork is fixed by means of Kirshner's wires, passed through fibula and tibial bones. Elongation of Achilles tendon and tendon of long flexor muscle of first toe is performed. Capsule of ankle and subtalar joints is cut. Foot is reset into anatomically correctly formed ankle joint fork and fixed with Kirshner's wires, passed through calcaneal and tibial, metatarsal and calcaneal bones. ^ EFFECT: method ensures creation of correct anatomical interrelationship between ankle and foot bones, reduction of post-operation complications. ^ 2 dwg |
