<p>A clamping method plastic laser welding is provided to reduce welding defect by contacting an upper and a lower member by clamping a specific area with uniform force along the inside or outside of the welded line. In a clamping method of a plastic laser welding, an upper and lower members(1,2) are abutted with each other and clamped by an inner clamping unit(10) clamping the inner area of a welding line(100). The upper and lower member is welded by laser along the outside welded line of the inside clamping unit. The inside clamping unit comprises a clamping plate clamping the inner area adjacent to the welding line, contacted with the upper and the lower member; a connecting member(12) whose one end is connected to the clamping plate; and a transparent plate consisted of a member through which laser beam is able to pass, connected to the other end of the connecting member.</p> |
