FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: stand contains bed for location of forming rolls and installed at both sides of it supports with ability of lengthwise movement, and also carriage with claw for removal and putting on of bearing assemblies and carriage with claw for changing of half coupling from transfer (driving) side of roller, mounted as movable lengthwise roller axis and by height from hydraulic actuator. Carriages are mounted directly on supports, outfitted by elevating platforms, on which there are mounted claws, and carriage drive for replacement of half coupling and carriage for removal and putting on of bearing assembly from transfer (driving) side of roller is implemented in the form of hydraulic actuator, body of which is fixed on carriage for replacement of half coupling, and rod is connected to carriage for removal and putting on of bearing assembly, at that on support there are installed lock mechanisms of each carriage in one of extreme position - in position of bearing assembly removal and in position with removed coupling. Claws for bearing assemblies of support are implemented in the form of double-arm lever, floated on elevating platform, one end of which is cooperates to bearing assembly, and from the other end - with profiled line, fixed on support. ^ EFFECT: design simplification and manufacturing capability expansion. ^ 2 cl, 7 dwg |
