FIELD: food production process. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing the edible salt with additives, thermal treatment, cooling, grinding and coarse fraction separation. The pre-defined ratio of bread and eggs is used as additive. The obtained mixture is stirred with water and heat treated at 300-700C during 20 to 30 minutes. Rye or mixed rye-wheat bread is used as additive. ^ EFFECT: increased nutritional value of salt. |
